I am a Los Angeles based photographer whose work chronicles fashion, music, and youth culture.
These photographs are from a personal project that I have been working on for 3 months. The project explores the world of professional FMX (Freestyle Motocross).
These athletes earn their living pushing the limits of what type of tricks are possible while performing jumps on their motorcycles. These daredevils often find themselves flying upside down, 50 feet above the ground, going 40 mph with no hands gripping the handlebars.
It is both an exhilarating and breathtaking display of unbridled youthful energy.
